Staying at Jeanettas place was fantastic. Spotless and private as well. The property is breathtaking with all of the trees and flowers birds and a river as well. We stayed here for 45 days, and it was worth every day visiting.
Love the stories Jeanetta would share with us. Very informative and full of lots of tips and great advice. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond.
We came as guests, and now we both feel like we are part of the family. We have created new friendships here at LaTerraza; I would highly recommend this place for sure.

We are back in Wisconsin where it is very cold and missing Costa Rica and its beauty. We so appreciate the time you spent with us going out to dinner and all of the wonderful conversation. I am so glad we went to the market with Christine — that was beyond anything we have ever seen — wonderful!!!
We look forward to returning, and for now we just want you to know that we think you are a most special lady and we were enriched by our conversations about a lot of personal experiences and faith-sharing which I think encouraged and strengthened us all. May you be blessed as you continue to see your work at Terraza as a ministry.
Yours in Christ,

Thank you for everything. Your bed and breakfast is beautiful. We had a great stay.
Thank you for getting us a great tour guide and making our Costa Rican experience very special.
You are the best hostess we have ever had. We left the keys in our room along with a tip for the staff, thanking them for cleaning and cooking delicious breakfasts.

Just wanted to say thank you again for EVERYTHING! When we left there our hearts
and stomachs were full!! You have been the highlight of our visit to Costa Rica. I feel like we finally got to see and know the culture. I believe the biggest surprise for us was finding out that there is a lot of black history everywhere! We just appreciate every minute that you spent with us, every
word of encouragement and every reminder that we can make it!
Love you Mrs. Owens!!! Thank you so much!!!

the hostess with the mostest, is a God-send! Like a chameleon, she readily turns into what you need when you need it. Jeanetta is more than well-versed on anything Costa Rica! Traveling alone can be daunting, but the information she provided me made it very easy for me to navigate my way around Costa Rica and made my stay more enjoyable.
For me, LaTerraza Guesthouse will always be synonymous with Costa Rica, peaceful, beautiful and not to be missed.
